Menu for February 10-14, 2014

Creamy Chicken Salad – chunks of roasted chicken breast, green grapes, celery and almonds in a creamy dressing make this a great addition to any lunch. It’s wonderful served on croissant but my son likes his on ciabatta rolls. $10 small, $18 large
Italian Flavor Bomb Quiche – a very hearty quiche with Italian sausage, spinach, onions, peppers and italian herbs with ricotta and mozzarella. $20 feeds 4-6

Pulled Pork Wraps** – This healthy entree is comprised of slow braised lean pork and black beans; comes with mango salsa and your choice of lettuce leaves or add flour tortillas ($2.50).  $30 feeds 4-6

Beef Pot Roast Pie – this remains my family’s favorite pot pie; warm and savory with all of the flavors of pot roast, complete with the carrots and potatoes. Serve with a green salad and crusty rolls. $30/pie  feeds 4-6

Chicken Noodle Soup a la Jeanette – a mainstay this time of year but John’s mom taught me that a special ingredient makes it all the more warming to the toes. $15/quart includes a container of the special ingredient :)

Chocolate Custard Pie – so yummy with a dollop of whipped cream on top. $20/pie

To order, please email which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location.  If you order by 10 am, you can pick it up the next day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.
