Fat Tuesday! Cooking up Decadence for March 3-7, 2014

It’s a decadent kind of week so with every Pot Pie, Entree and Quiche order, receive a complimentary cocktail nibble, your choice at pickup!  Note: we will be closed for Spring Break so there will be no menu next week.
To order, please use the Contact tab (or email butterfieldgourmet@gmail.com) and tell me which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location. If you order by 10 am, your items can be ready for you by 4 pm the following day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salad: Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad – roasted chicken breast chunks tossed with mandarin oranges, peanuts & scallions and drizzled in a citrus dressing.  Great on its own or wrapped in lettuce leaves. $10/pint

Soup/chili: Chicken Tortilla Soup – I take a lot of orders for this soup on Artizone so I am constantly having to make more. $15/quart

Quiche: Crabmeat Parmesan Quiche – some of us will be eating more seafood this Lenten season but this quiche is hardly a sacrifice. $30/pie serves 4-6

Pot Pie: NEW PIE! Texas Brisket with Caramelized Onions surrounded by our original flaky pie crust – be one of the first to try it! $30/pie serves 4-6

Side: Cajun Red Beans & Rice – with chicken sausage and just a little kick. $15 serves 2-3

Entree: Italian-American Meatballs and Sauce — I personally find these meatballs hard to resist — I usually save a few out from the sauce and throw them in the freezer to pull out as appetizers.  These are great served over pasta or in hoagie rolls with mozzarella for meatball subs! $30 serves 4-6

Dessert: Decadent Carrot Cake – a secret ingredient makes this the moistest, yummiest carrot cake ever. Specify with or without nuts. $15/8×8 cake
