It's a short week due to Easter - menu for April 14-18

Due to technical difficulties this morning, there will be no pick-up Tuesday and there are fewer items on the menu.
To order, please use the Contact tab (or email butterfieldgourmet@gmail.com) and tell me which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location. Please order by 10 am for pickup from 4-6 pm the following day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Wednesday or Thursday.

Salad:  Baby Blue Salad – features spring greens, strawberries, orange segments, blue cheese and balsamic dressing. I also include my Sweet & Savory Pecans to sprinkle on top. $12 serves 2-3

Quiche: Crabmeat Parmesan - this quiche is really lovely, almost a crabcake in a crust. It’s a little pricey because each pie has almost a pound of crabmeat!  $30/pie serves 4-6

Pot pie:  Homestyle Chicken or Southwest Chicken ($25) or Beef Pot Roast, Green Chile Stew or Steak & Ale ($30)

Side: Mac & Cheese - this is my old school version. It’s cheesy. It’s baked. It’s so good! $10 serves 2-3

Dessert: Chocolate Custard Pie - so yummy with a dollop of whipped cream on top! $20/pie
