Happy Mother's Day! Menu for May 5-9, 2014

It’s Cinco de Mayo AND Mother’s day this week.  I hope you will all take time to honor your mothers for the lives they gave each of you.
To order, please use the Contact tab (or email butterfieldgourmet@gmail.com) and tell me which items you would like and what day you would like to pick up at my Preston Commons location. Please order by 10 am for pickup from 4-6 pm the following day.

Pick up is from 4-6 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Soup: Chicken Tortilla Soup - the one nod to Cinco de Mayo. This soup is amazing with avocado in the bottom of the bowl and cheese sprinkled on top. $15/quart GF

Quiche: Arugula & Mushroom - this egg pie leans to the Italian side with peppery arugula and provolone and mozzarella cheeses. Serve with a green salad and call dinner done!  $20/pie serves 4-6**

Pot pie:  Customer’s Choice – Homestyle Chicken or Southwest Chicken ($25) or Beef Pot Roast, Green Chile Stew or Steak & Ale ($30)**

Entree: Pulled BBQ Chicken -  I provide dinner rolls or corn tortillas for a GF option.   $30 serves 4-6

Side: Ruth’s Traditional Potato Salad – this just goes so well with the Pulled BBQ Chicken!   $8/1 lb. serves 2-3 GF

Dessert: Chocolate Peanut Butter Stacks Pie - this is The Rustic recipe, with peanut butter cream and a fudgy chocolate layer.  $25/pie
