Salad of the Week - Crunchy Slaw with Honey-Almond dressing

I need a little texture somewhere on my dinner plate, and the salad is the perfect place to start. Quite simply the formula = shredded slaw mix (carrots, cabbage, brussels sprouts) + dried cherries + smoky almonds + Honey-almond-scallion dressing. It’s light, healthy and delicious. Be sure to dress the salad and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to really mix in. (image is not accurate)
