This is the heartiest quiche we make: bacon, cheddar, lots of eggs, and caramelized onions combine to make it a winner. And perfect for summer because quiche remains a lighter meal for dinner. It is an egg pie that the boys can really get into, hence I named it after my Jesuit Ranger! Nut-free
