Salad: Ruth’s Creamy Caesar - no anchovies for this girl but lots of parmigiano-reggiano and homemade garlicky croutons! $10 serves 2-3 GF without the croutons
Soup: White Bean & Turkey Chili – my son’s fave chili is warm and filling and is not spicy. Includes cornbread croutons and we recommend sour cream and shredded cheddar toppings. $15/quart GF
Quiche: Spinach & Gruyere - I have been craving spinach in a quiche; it makes me feel like this creamy, cheese pie is full of nutrition! $20/pie serves 4-6**
Pot pie: Customer’s Choice – Homestyle Chicken or Curried Chicken ($25) or Beef Pot Roast, Green Chile Stew or Steak & Ale ($30)**
Entree: Lemon Chicken Piccata with pasta – I made this dish for Dad and the family when I last visited in New Mexico and it was a big hit. Pairs nicely with the Creamy Caesar Salad. $30 serves 4
Side: Roasted, Spiced Cauliflower - just because cauliflower is good for you, doesn’t mean it can’t be delicious. Topped with sliced almonds and you can serve it hot, warm or cold. $10 serves 2-3 GF
Dessert: Mississippi Mud Cake - a cake this decadent has to be saved for a celebration! Chocolate sheet cake topped with toasted marshmallows, chocolate frosting and toasted pecans – yum city! $15/8×8 cake
